I may be just a wee neophyte in the world of javascript and web development...but I do not find your analogy to be apt. Not only would it be entirely biologically unfeasible for a dense-boned lardy mammal to fly...who the hell would want that? Why would a web-developer oppose a browser capability for reloading js bytecode on a page refresh?

so I could have a 'driver' that stores all the functions, or use nested function monolith, and execute purely imperative style.
practically, it's a minor annoyance. But nonetheless encourages bad design.
Hence why there should be some backend mechanism that allows for variables (namely functions) to persist throughout a session, whether the bytecode is ready or the browser re-compiles the code automatically each time. The latter doesn't seem hard to do, but I'm not sure what it would take to a develop a browser plugin to accomplish this.

I moved recently and I had to take stuff to the landfill. So, I went to the closest one, and at that one you drive up to the trash pile itself and dump your stuff there and this lady threw some bags out and a bunch of rats scattered out of the pile. So, I'm not scared of rats, but I prefer not to disturb scavenging rats. So I drive a little further away now to a civilized landfill that has dumpsters that are far away from the trash pile. To get to that one I drive by a buc'ees which is where I get beaver nuggets
I moved recently as well. Gonna move again, probably at the start of next year, as I don't like where I'm at. Did you move far away. Why did you move? Oh goodness, scavenging rats sounds unpleasant. But I'm sure they wouldn't have been disturbed, more stuff for them to scavenge the merrier. I've never been to a landfill before. I'm guessing you lived in that place for a while if you had a lot to get rid of. All of my belongings fit in my car. There are no buc'ees here either. But there is a Trader Joes, which has Pirates Booty.
bmw-clock moved his family to the beach so I packed up and moved there too. well to a different beach, because my requirements were different but i'm close enough
sounds like great times! who is this bmw-clock guy btw. why hasn't he posted on NewGrounds in 20 years. I had a informal job offer and the company was located right by the beach. or within in walking distance. I did some finances and if I got a roommate I'd be able to live comfortably in a decent apartment about a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minute bike ride from work. It's tough. I really like where I'm at work-wise right now but the location isn't great for my spirits.

@olskoo-the-first The first Bio Inc was too hard, and the second one (Redemption) hasn't been updated since February of this year, so there's so many lags and I deleted both of them from my phone.
